Asia Foundation Launches New Series on Subnational Governance in Myanmar

The Asia Foundation just released the first volume of a new discussion paper series that identifies subnational governance issues in Myanmar and how they inform policy and reform processes. Working together with the Myanmar Development Resource Institute’s Centre for Economic and Social Development, this first paper examines decentralization within the country’s formal education system in Mon State and Yangon Region.
