The Asia Foundation’s Books for Asia unit seeks an equally ambitious and creative team member to advance reading and equality by supporting multiple countries in implementing it’s innovative Let’s Read program. In the five years since its launch, Let’s Read has created meaningful reading opportunities for hundreds of thousands of children in local languages, supported professional development for authors, illustrators, editors, and publishers throughout the region, and built a rapidly growing open license digital library platform with more than 8,000 titles in 51 languages.
