Team Leader, Laos-Australia Connectivity Partnership

Location: Laos
Program area: Good Governance
Deadline: September 26, 2022

One-year contract with the possibility of extension

Laos Australia Connectivity Partnership (LACP) is a two-year program delivered by Partnerships for Infrastructure (P4I), an Australian Government initiative in partnership with the Government of Laos, that seeks to improve transport connectivity and infrastructure governance practices through various service modalities, including technical advice and capacity development. LACP will be implemented alongside and in close collaboration with a significant World Bank-led financing initiative, the Southeast Asia Regional Economic Corridor and Connectivity (SEARECC) project. It is anticipated that five provinces in northern Laos—Oudomxay, Luang Namtha, Phongsaly, Luang Prabang, and Xayabouly, in addition to Vientiane Capital—will be engaged in SEARECC and LACP activities.

The team leader will be responsible for the overall leadership of LACP and P4I’s broader engagement in Laos. The role will operate as a member of P4I’s One Team, working closely with the P4I head office in Bangkok and with P4I staff from across the consortium. This position reports to the P4I head of regional engagement in Bangkok and will work closely with the Foundation’s country representative in Laos and collaborate closely with EY staff.
