Patrya Pratama is the executive director of INSPIRASI Foundation, an Indonesia-based nonprofit established in 2018 to improve school leadership in the country, and part of the Global School Leaders, a network of like-minded organizations in developing countries. Patrya leads the organization in four provinces in Indonesia, providing alternative professional development opportunities to school leaders. INSPIRASI has piloted several initiatives of leadership development programs that support students learning recovery during pandemics, including by leveraging technology for low-resourced areas. Before INSPIRASI, Patrya had several roles in development sectors, including Teach for Indonesia corps member, J-PAL researcher, World Bank, Indonesian Ministry of Education, and local government.
